Well the U7 Hornets did it again today, from kickoff the boys applied the pressure to the opposition with Hayden Evans netting the first goal within minutes, again bagging himself a further 5 more to earn yet another double hat trick with nice assists from Ralfe Garnham and Daniel Cowley on his first game!
The boys didnt stop there, with Ralph Dodes netting himself a well deserved 2 goals and William Brown earning himself a goal on his first appearance
Archie Jones hit the woodwork 4/5 times and was very unlucky not to find the back of the net!
Defence was great all round with all the boys tracking back and getting stuck in, closing down and winning the ball, cutting passes out and making some great clearances and getting the ball back up field when under attack!
Sidney Robinson although not troubled too much made a cracking save in the first half from a zesty right foot and again in the second half, making a great clearance coming out of goal and shutting down the oncoming attack from the sharks!
All in all a very solid performance from the boys who just keep going from strength to strength, again great coaching from Ryan and Charlie who are doing a great job!
Man of the match has to go to William Brown who really came out of his shell today, His performance in midfield was brilliant and really helped the team into gaining the win they did! But a well done to all the boys you did us proud again.....the futures bright....the future is the U7's Aztecs
