Moving the Goals

Hello All

The winter training season starts next week, which means we need to move the mobile goals up from the REC onto the Astro pitch. Can I please ask people who are free to help move them and join the coaches at 4pm. If the coaches could manage without the help they would but the goals are big and heavy so any help would be appreciated.
